- Investigating an unexplained cash leakage in a business – which uncovered a major weakness.
- Developing an effective cash flow monitoring system for an international group. I also helped it significantly improve the collection of cash from its customers
- Helping businesses with the financial aspects of complex transactions
- Resolution of problems after a serious lapse in a consumer goods business’s financial controls.
I also provide mentoring support to finance staff, helping them improve the quality of management information and financial visibility.
