I’ve been involved in managing businesses as well as advising clients in a wide range of industries, so I understand how good information and processes can influence both company and individual performance. I also firmly believe that cash is king…
… however I also appreciate the softer issues involved with managing and motivating staff.
My experience ranges from start ups to private equity backed businesses to a FTSE 250 international group; so I know how the big guys do things, but I also realise that Rome wasn’t built in a day!
Whilst I see the big picture, I also have strong analytical and investigative skills and where necessary will roll up my sleeves and look at the detail. However where appropriate I’ll mentor clients or their staff… to help them to help themselves.
Outside work I enjoy walking and table tennis. I’m also a member of a rare breed – I support Barnet Football Club!
I am based in North West London, conveniently placed for clients in London and Hertfordshire, although some assignments can be carried out further afield.
